Reader

Read a code

Upload a photo or a screenshot and we tell you what it says. With a camera, point it and we read it live.

How it works

Three steps

Write the content

A link, a WiFi network, a contact card or plain text: pick the type and fill it in.

Give it your look

Colour, dot shape, gradient and your own logo in the centre. The preview updates as you type.

Download it

PNG for anything you post, SVG for anything you print. Both are free of watermarks.

Uses

Where a code earns its place

Same generator, very different jobs.

Menus and price lists

A code on the table that opens today's menu.

Guest WiFi

Guests join without typing a password nobody remembers.

Business cards

Your contact details saved in one scan.

Packaging and labels

Print it in SVG and it stays sharp at any size.

Privacy

What happens to what you type

  • Everything happens inside your browser: the link, the WiFi password and the logo you upload never leave your device.
  • No account and no sign-up, and we store nothing — so there is nothing to delete later either.
  • The content travels inside the code, not on a server of ours: it cannot expire, and it keeps working even if this page disappears.
  • Free for real: no watermark, no limit on how many you make, and no conditions on using them in your business.

Questions

Do the codes expire?
No. The content travels inside the code itself, so it does not depend on this page or on any account. A code you print today keeps working.
Can I use them commercially?
Yes. There is no watermark, no limit on how many you generate and no restriction on using them in your business, your products or your printing.
Is my WiFi password sent anywhere?
No. Everything is generated in your browser with JavaScript; nothing you type is uploaded. You can check it with the network tab open.
Why does the code stop scanning when I change the colours?
A scanner needs contrast between the dots and the background. Very light colours on white, or dark ones on a dark background, fall below what a camera can separate. Test it before printing.
PNG or SVG?
PNG for screens: social media, presentations, chats. SVG for print: it is vector, so it stays sharp from a business card to a billboard.
